Welcome Olivier Prouvost from Opcoach as a new eclipse.platform.ui Committer

I would like to welcome Oliver from Opcoach as platform.ui committer

Oliver is an existing e4 tools committer and has continued to maintain and
enhance the e4 tools since we moved them to eclipse.platform.ui.tools. He
also migrated the Eclipse 4 project wizard from platform to PDE.

I see Oliver also actively reviewing incoming Gerrit reviews for
eclipse.platform.ui.tools.

As an RCP trainer Olivier has also a great insight how the tools are
actually used and how they can be enhanced.
