Eclipse 4.7 M2 is out with a focus on usability

Eclipse 4.7 M2 is out with a focus on usability.

From simplified filter functionality in the Problems, Bookmark and Task view, improved color usage for popups, simplified editor assignments for file extensions, enhancements of quick access, a configurable compare direction in the compare editor, etc. you will find lots of nice goodies which will increase your love with the Eclipse IDE.

Also the background jobs API has been improved and we run jobs still fast, even if you do a lot of status updates in your job implementation.

Checkout the Eclipse 4.7 M2 Notes and Noteworthy for the details.
